We currently have a career opportunity in our Construction Division for an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Electrical estimating of commercial and industrial new construction projects
• Project planning and management
• Coordinating equipment and material submittals
• Create and maintain project schedule
• Project data setup, layout and coordination of electrical systems

 The successful candidate will have:

• An Associates, Bachelor’s degree or technical school certificate in Engineering, Business, Construction, Drafting or equivalent experience is preferred, but we will consider a new grad.
• Experience in electrical estimating is preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English
• Customer Service skills and problem solving ability
• Knowledge of construction equipment, tools, process and sequence is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction economics to manage project cost data is preferred.
• Experience in purchasing construction materials is preferred.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Knowledge of McCormick Systems estimating software is preferred.
• Valid IL Driver’s License to travel to local sites is required.
